Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This policy is part of the CrmLey Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through the CrmLey website and application.

1. Free Trial

New accounts may start with a free trial. A subscription may be canceled at any time during the trial at no charge. If it is not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a paid monthly subscription and the payment method on file is charged.

2. All Fees Are Non-Refundable

All payments are final and non-refundable, including:

  • CRM subscription fees;
  • Smartley AI assistant and other add-on fees;
  • SMS credit purchases;
  • numbers wallet funds;
  • monthly phone number and campaign fees;
  • setup fees and messaging registration fees, including fees passed through from The Campaign Registry and mobile carriers.

No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods, unused time, unused credits or wallet funds, plan downgrades, or periods in which the account was not used.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the billing date until canceled. To avoid the next charge, a subscription must be canceled before its renewal date.

4. How to Cancel

A subscription may be canceled at any time from the billing settings in the CrmLey application, or by emailing support@crmley.space from the email address on the account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the billing period already paid.

Add-ons such as the Smartley AI assistant require an active CRM subscription and may end when it ends. Canceling phone numbers ends the related monthly number and campaign charges, and the numbers may be released.

5. Credits and Wallet Funds

SMS credits and numbers wallet funds have no cash value, are not transferable, and are forfeited when an account is closed or terminated.

6. Billing Questions and Disputes

Billing questions should be sent to support@crmley.space, and CrmLey will review them promptly. Customers agree to contact CrmLey before disputing a charge with their bank or card issuer. An account may be suspended while a payment dispute is open.
